30 Minute 1-On-1 English Class

While dates are available, join me!

I will give a 30 minute online 1-on-1 English class/consultation with a student to help improve English vocabulary, comprehension, and more. I will also answer questions about various ways to improve speaking the English language. 

Terms of Service

Disclaimer: payment for classes/consultations are based on time and time alone. Payment is not based on content or context of said classes/consultations. The student is responsible for any questions asked, etc. to ensure they achieve desired use of time. Jay will strive to provide requested information, but makes no guarantees that a solution will be reached in one scheduled class/consultation. The student/client was have a mobile phone or computer and good wifi connection. Jay is not responsible for bad connections of internet services.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

If you are in need of rescheduling, please contact me 30 minutes or more before our meeting. If full cancellation is required, please allow 30 minutes or more for notification. 

There will be no refunds provided on scheduled meetings where clients are a no-show. The class/consultation window (using online streaming software) will be open during client's scheduled time frame where Jay will be in attendance. If the client is a no-show or has not given a 30-minute notice for re-scheduling or cancellation, then a refund for the 30-minute time frame will not be granted. 

The student/client is responsible for paying another 30-minute consultation meeting if the initial meeting is missed. Class/consultation fee is solely based on the time for meeting whether questions get answered or not. Student/client is paying for the time, not content or context of the meeting.
